Here’s a pro-tip: You don’t get to let go of all your fears and doubts at once.

Believe me, if that were true, I would’ve paid for that class years ago.

However, as it turns out, the more you grow, the more you realize there are fears and doubts that show up over and over again, sometimes they’re the ones you thought you already handled and sometimes they’re new ones. 😬

It’s a process. It’s part of the human experience. And it’s totally normal.

I have a running joke with my coach because she’ll let me ramble off a bunch of thoughts and then I say, “Okay, just reflect that back to me.”

And then she’ll break down all the holes in my thinking. It both cracks me up and kicks my butt. It’s also one of the most important parts of my work–having a living, breathing mirror.

Now, what if you had a small group of incredible women acting as mirrors, too.
