I’ve been addressing lots of fears lately. You know, those fears that hide in the dark corners of the 5th level of your subconscious brain? 😬

 

“I’m not good enough.” 🤔

“Are my clients happy?”

“I’m not controlling my thoughts well enough to help anyone else.” 💭

“I’ll never lose the 10 pounds I gained in the first round of isolation.”

“Why did I even gain 10 pounds in the first place?”

“Is it really time to get a new car?” 🚗

“Will I really never be able to travel overseas again?” ✈️

 

ALL the fears. Scattered ALL over the place.

 

For me, I have to get everything out on the page so I can evaluate it with a level of detachment.

 

Once I have everything on the page and out of my brain, I ask the following questions:

 

👉 Is this true?

👉 Is this serving me?

👉 Do I want to keep it?

 

That’s what I do to get some mental relief.
